Breathing for calmness

Who out there has a rough time breathing deeply? Who has a tough time making this kind of breathing normal?


Well join the club. I have had and contine to have a rough time relaxing. I know it is not normal having shallow breathing and sometimes not breathing at all. I know it just takes effort and breaking the bad habit.


My goal throughout the day is breathing deeply through my noise and out my mouth. This normal and meditation style breathing I hope with practice becomes normal and will calm my body and mind out.


I hope this tip will help out your active mind and stressed out body also. With enought practice, you will find out you are doing it automatically.
